Course objective
To enable participants to understand, install, test, and maintain three-phase electrical wiring systems used in industrial, commercial, and heavy power load environments. Helps bridge the gap for those who have done single-phase wiring and want to progress to work on more complex power systems.
Learning Objectives :
Understand the principles of three-phase electrical systems (phase sequence, voltages, current balancing etc.).
Read and interpret wiring diagrams and single-line schematics for three-phase systems.
Select appropriate cables, protective devices, and wiring hardware for three-phase applications.
Safely carry out installation of three-phase distribution boards, motors, load circuits etc.
Perform testing, diagnostics and maintain three-phase wiring / equipment.
