Course objective

This training course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to maintain a safe and ergonomic work environment while performing manual handling tasks. Participants will learn how to identify ergonomic risks, implement proper posture and body mechanics, and apply safe lifting and handling techniques to prevent workplace injuries. The course also covers the legal requirements, best practices, and practical strategies to reduce musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) and enhance overall workplace productivity.
